Notices for the shipment and delivery:  You will receive an e-mail from us with the complete Delivery Tracking Number,  expected Date of delivery, Delivery Receipt number, and Sales Invoice Number.  You may check the status of your delivery through the courier website and by using the Delivery Tracking Number.

 

2. Shipping and Delivery Guidelines:

Within National Capital Region

a. All delivery will be expected next day delivery if the orders are created from 6:00 am to 11:00 am

b. All delivery will be expected two days delivery if the orders are created from 11:01 am to 6:00 pm

Outside National Capital Region/ Provinces

a. All delivery will be expected two to three days delivery if the orders are created from 6:00 am to 11:00 am

b. All delivery will be expected three to four days delivery if the orders are created from 11:01 am to 6:00 pm

International Delivery: Expect a 14 days delivery

3. Schedule and Availability:

a. Delivery schedule from Monday to Saturday only

b. No Sunday Delivery: Orders made during Sunday will be processed on Monday

c. No Holiday Delivery: Orders made during a holiday will be processed on the next working day

 

4. Payment

a. Shipping fee is exclusive with the product price.

b. Shipping fee will be based on the product size and location of the delivery.

I.  What are the conditions for requesting a return/refund?

Request for return can be made under the following conditions:
● If the buyer received a wrong item (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, different item)
● If the buyer received a damaged/faulty item
● If the buyer did not receive the product(s)

Please note that request that does not meet G et F Return Policy are ineligible for return or refund.

If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may notify you with instructions on re-delivery.

 

III. When and How to apply for Return?

● If the products meet the G et F return condition

● All requests must be made within 14 days period from the delivery date.

● Purchased Item/s and its official receipt should be presented in order to apply for return

You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, delivery note, bank statement)

● In case of damaged item(s), it must be within 24 hours once delivery is received

Our customer service agent will verify the return reason and arrange a return pick-up for you

Our courier company will pick up the package at the time specified by you

We will conduct an evaluation within five (5) business days of receiving your returned items. You will receive an SMS and email once the returned item is received.

If your return is valid, we will notify you and reimburse you with a refund via one of the following methods: Credit/Debit Card reimbursement

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you
